All this time, work agreements are made by employers in the form of standard contracts that do not provide opportunities for workers to negotiate the form and content of the agreement. This researh aims to analyze application of the principle of balance in employment agreements between employees and employers as well as the concept of the principle of balance in the employment agreement, associated with the principle of justice. This research is descriptive with normative juridical research through a statutory approach, using secondary data obtained through library research, supported by primary data from interviews, and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the researh, it was found that the existence of balance principle in work agreement or work contract is often ignored by the parties, caused by an imbalance of bargaining position between workers and employers.
