The results revealed that the classification of disputes in the industrial relations settlement system in Indonesia has an impact on the difficulty of the parties in classifying their disputes. Comparative studies were conducted to determine the classification of disputes in international law as well as in China, Japan, and Kazakhstan. 摘要

本研究旨在检验争议分类在工业解决体系中的作用,根据国际劳工组织、中国、日本和哈萨克斯坦的视角对安排进行比较,并试图找到在印度尼西亚适用的工业争议类型的理想概念。本研究为规范性法律研究。本研究采用的方法有法定方法、概念方法、事实方法和比较方法。研究结果表明,印尼劳资关系解决体系中的争议分类影响了各方对其争议进行分类的难度。进行了比较研究,以确定国际法以及中国、日本和哈萨克斯坦对争端的分类。可以向印度尼西亚提供的理想概念是简化或消除劳资关系的分类,通过应用快速、准确、公平和廉价的方法原则来解决争端。
