摘要

发电是维持日常生活必不可少的行业,与发电机组分销商竞争。为了在竞争中生存,必须完善经销商的产品服务体系。本研究旨在开发发电机组分销商产品服务体系的基准分析工具。基准测试确定产品与其他竞争对手产品之间的差距。在本工作中,使用产品服务系统板对发电机组分配器的当前产品服务系统进行可视化。采用PPIAF框架和SERVQUAL框架分别评估产品性能和服务质量。采用层次分析法作为加权方法。调查结果为完善发电机组分销商现有的产品服务体系提供了思路。进一步的研究必须采用详细的计量加权方法,并实施产品服务系统板来评估服务质量。
