摘要

利用k波:MATLAB工具箱开发了贝塞尔光束光声显微模拟平台。仿真平台采用环形狭缝法生成贝塞尔光束。通过控制环形狭缝的内外半径,可以控制贝塞尔光束的景深。并且通过点扫描获得大体积图像。对血管进行了仿真实验,验证了仿真平台的可行性。该模拟工作可作为贝塞尔光束光声显微镜研究的辅助工具。
