Nurses in the surgical department group had more knowledge of fall prevention than nurses in the internal medicine group of departments (68.7% vs. 10.0%, p<0.05). 摘要

目的:我们进行了一项横断面描述性研究,以评估越南胡志明市7A军事医院四个科室护士的跌倒预防知识和实践。受试者和方法:选择四个科室的62名护士完成预先设计的问卷调查,并观察他们的日常跌倒预防措施。结果:40.3%的护士掌握了良好的跌倒预防知识。在实践中,22.5%的护士有适当的依从性,77.4%的护士没有。82.3%的护士声称经常更新跌倒预防知识,87.1%的护士要求进行跌倒预防培训。外科组护士的跌倒预防知识比内科组护士多(68.7%对10.0%,p<0.05),女性护士的跌倒风险依从性比男性高(78.3%对37.5%,p<0.05)。关键词:防坠落;护士;问卷调查;风险合规性。
