Considering broadband characteristics and space-constrained situations, an average-deviation-integrating form used as an objective function is presented and linked to anoptimizer-GA (GeneticAlgorithm).Acousticalmodels for silencersA to C are checkedbefore the numerical optimization is performed.Apure toneoptimization is executed to assure the consistency of the GA scheme. The result shows that the overall noise drop is enhanced and the number of straight expansion chambers installed at the inlet/outlet of the circular reverse silencer increases. 摘要

本文针对高阶波传播效应,提出了一种在空间约束条件下利用特征函数与优化器(遗传算法)相结合的降噪方法。用特征函数来描述声场,将声学模型简化为四极传递矩阵形式。系统的四极矩阵通过将各个四极矩阵相乘来估计消声器的传输损耗(TL)。此外,还介绍了空压机宽带消声的实例研究。采用了三种环形反向消声器(A-C型消声器)内杂化多直腔,有效抑制噪声波。考虑到宽带特性和空间约束的情况,提出了一种平均偏差积分形式作为目标函数,并将其与反优化器-遗传算法联系起来。在进行数值优化之前,对消声器sa到C的声学模型进行了检查。为了保证遗传算法的一致性,对遗传算法进行了纯音调优化。结果表明,环形反向消声器的整体降噪效果得到了改善,且在入口/出口处安装的直扩室数量有所增加。因此,针对现实环境中空间受限的情况和宽带噪声谱的特点,本文提出了一种利用目标函数与优化方案相结合设计最优形状混合消声器的有效方法。
