The recommended treatment for moderate to severe OSA is continuous positive pressure therapy (CPAP). Aim: To predict the optimal CPAP level in OSA. Methodology: This was a cross sectional observational study, carried out in pulmonary medicine department at a tertiary referral centre in South India. Twenty patients were recruited in the study over a period of 6 months. All patients in study group underwent CPAP titration with optimal or good titration over a full night polysomnography.
