XRD and SEM-EDS analysis results showed that phosphorus was mainly enriched in 2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5 solid solution. 摘要为了研究高氧化性脱磷转炉炉渣对钢液中磷迁移行为的影响,采用双相法在某钢厂300t脱磷转炉上进行了工业试验。理论分析表明,当温度较低、碱度为1.5、FeO含量为25% ~ 30%时,炉渣的磷容量是稳定的。工业试验结果表明,当温度为1630K-1665K,碱度为1.05-1.25,FeO含量为35%-40%时,转炉脱磷效率一般可达60%以上。XRD和SEM-EDS分析结果表明,磷主要富集在2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体中。红外分析结果表明,在高FeO、低碱度条件下,适当提高碱度有利于降低脱磷渣的聚合度。
