对比增强超声(CEUS)在肝细胞癌(HCC)的诊断中得到越来越多的认可。含脂肪的HCC在灰度超声中常表现为高回声，混淆诊断。本文报告1例经超声超声诊断为含脂肪性肝癌的索那唑类药物，并对其组织病理特征、免疫组化特征、手术治疗、患者随访情况进行了报告。
