When the proportion of sludge was 7%, the addition of sludge completely replaced the water required for mixing, and the overall sintering index was the best. In this case, after reducing fuel consumption by 10%, except for the content of P, the sinter quality and the sintering index could met the requirements of steel production. 摘要为了分析烧结处理城市污泥的可行性,采用烧结罐进行了实验研究。结果表明,污泥添加量对烧结过程和烧结质量的主要影响来自于颗粒状烧结矿的热添加量和含水率的变化。污泥的加入可以提高烧结混合料的造粒效率和烧结矿的粒度组成。当污泥掺量为7%时,污泥的加入完全取代了搅拌所需的水,整体烧结指标最好。在此情况下,降低10%的燃料消耗后,除P含量外,烧结质量和烧结指标均能满足钢铁生产的要求。最后,随着污泥的加入,需要减少高磷含量的燃料和原料的使用量。
