The data collection period was from January 11 to February 7, 2021. The data collected during this study were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics version 25.0 program. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, and logistic regression analysis.Results: One factor influencing chemotherapy medication errors was new nurses’ educational needs (odds ratio=.18, p=.005). 摘要

目的:了解新护士化疗用药错误的影响因素,为制定新护士化疗用药护理教育方案提供基础资料。方法:对189名在韩国一家综合医院和一家三级综合医院工作的新护士进行横断面研究。数据收集周期为2021年1月11日至2月7日。本研究收集的数据使用IBM SPSS统计25.0版程序进行分析。资料分析包括描述性统计、独立t检验、方差分析和logistic回归分析。结果:影响化疗用药错误的因素之一是新护士的教育需求(优势比=。18日,p = .005)。随着教育需求的增加,用药错误的概率降低了0.18%。结论:应结合新护士的教育周期、教育方法、教育内容,针对新护士需求较高的内容,制定适合新护士教育需求的化疗用药教育方案。
