摘要

B型企业的目标是在通过可持续发展议程实现组织目标的同时,对社会和环境产生积极影响。为此,B型企业需要创新的员工,以提高他们的竞争力,使他们对投资者更具吸引力。基于社会交换理论,本研究提出了拉丁美洲B型企业女性创新工作行为的模型,并假设这种行为可以受到管理支持的影响。同样,分析了员工工作投入在这一关系中的中介作用。此外,还探讨了声誉的调节作用。样本包括来自拉丁美洲16家B型企业的242名女性员工。结果表明,管理支持对创新工作行为有直接影响,并通过员工的工作投入产生影响。B型企业的组织声誉已被证明是这种关系的有效调节因子。
