This dataset organizes the rubber plantation flux and conventional meteorological data in Danzhou from 2010 to 2018, including net ecosystem productivity, ecosystem respiration, gross ecosystem productivity, latent heat flux, sensible heat flux, evapotranspiration, air temperature, air relative humidity, vapor pressure, wind speed, wind direction, atmospheric pressure, total radiation, net radiation, photosynthetically active radiation, soil temperature, soil water content and precipitation. 摘要

橡胶林是海南岛主要的人工植被类型之一。橡胶林作为中国热带地区重要的森林生态系统,在区域碳循环和水循环中起着重要作用。测定橡胶林碳水通量是估算橡胶林碳水平衡和能量交换的关键。自2009年11月起,在儋州橡胶园开展了近地表CO2和H2O通量观测,包括涡旋相关方差系统和气象观测系统。至今已积累了12年的通量和气象观测资料。本数据集整理了2010 - 2018年儋州市橡胶种植区生态系统净生产力、生态系统呼吸、生态系统总生产力、潜热通量、感热通量、蒸散发、气温、空气相对湿度、蒸汽压、风速、风向、大气压、总辐射、净辐射、光合有效辐射、土壤温度、土壤含水量、降水等数据和常规气象数据。该数据集可为生态系统评价和经济社会可持续发展规划提供依据和参考。
