Application of hydrogen source from NaBH 4 in combination with NaOH under water and/or methanol solvent system at 50-55°C has been investigated. The terpolymer and catalyst have been characterized by ICP-OES, FT-IR, TGA, SEM and EDAX analysis methods. Different parameters supporting chemo-selective hydrogenation such as concentration of NaBH 4 , TP-CuSO 4 , assisting base and solvents have been investigated. 摘要
以丙烯腈- n -异丙基丙烯酰胺-双丙烯酰胺基P(an - nipam - mbam)三元共聚物为载体,采用一种新型硫酸铜作为催化剂,催化各种取代的硝基芳烃加氢反应,产率高。研究了在50-55℃的水溶液和/或甲醇溶剂体系下,nabh4与NaOH结合制氢的应用。采用ICP-OES、FT-IR、TGA、SEM和EDAX等分析方法对三元共聚物和催化剂进行了表征。考察了nabh4、tp - cuso4浓度、辅助碱和溶剂等参数对化学选择性加氢反应的影响。可控的剧烈h2气体析出,低温要求,在空气气氛下的可行性,低催化剂负荷,使用无毒试剂和溶剂,高分离收率,易于处理程序,净化不涉及繁琐的柱或闪蒸色谱分离技术,从实施的角度来看,该方案具有重要意义。
