The theory used to analyze is the theory of clause of message taken from Halliday. This is qualitative research, namely by approaching the theory clause as message, theme and rheme.  Themes of the clauses used in both of texts were compared and analyzed. The result of the research suggested that topical themes were mostly used in the source language, while textual theme was also found in the target language. The themes used in the target language get shifts which resulted to loss and again. 摘要

自从巴厘岛在旅游界大受欢迎以来,翻译文本在旅游市场上发挥着非常重要的作用。作为巴厘岛旅游宣传媒介的翻译文本之一是《为什么巴厘岛被称为“千庙之岛”》。文本以两种语言编写,即英语作为源语言,印度尼西亚语作为目标语言。源语言和目标语言在将语言表述为信息方面存在一些差异。从系统功能语言学的角度分析了这些差异。用来分析的理论是取自韩礼德的信息从句理论。这是定性研究,即将理论从句作为信息、主题和修辞位来研究。对两篇文章中使用的从句主题进行了比较和分析。研究结果表明,语篇主题主要出现在源语中,而语篇主题也出现在目的语中。目标语言中使用的主题发生了变化,导致了一次又一次的损失。源语与目的语之间的对等现象使读者/听众对从句的信息有不同的理解。
