摘要

基于形态学和分子生物学的研究,本文提出了一种新的菊科属。该属以巴西新提出的Phlebiodontia rajchenbergii为代表,还包括夏威夷棘囊藻属(P. acanthocystis)和德国亚波chracea属(P. subochracea)为本研究新提出的组合。本属担子孢子的形态特征为淡黄色的蜡质担子孢子,有微疣状至水囊状的膜孢子,单菌丝系统,夹紧的生殖菌丝,光滑的薄壁囊胞和宽椭球状至尿囊状的担子孢子。利用nuc rDNA ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 (ITS)、28S rDNA D1-D2结构域(28S)、RNA聚合酶II最大亚基(rpb1)和翻译伸长因子1- (tef1)等4个位点的数据,推测了金银花科金银花属及其相关类群的系统发育关系。本文对白蛉的形态和分布进行了完整的描述、评述和讨论。
