摘要

铜绿假单胞菌是革兰氏阴性菌,被认为是最常见的机会性病原体,当受试者的免疫系统受损时,会导致高死亡率和高发病率。本研究旨在评估从肾病综合征儿童中分离的铜绿假单胞菌的lasI和lasR基因表达。本研究从肾病综合征儿童的尿液样本中分离出19个菌株,并通过VITEK试验确认为铜绿假单胞菌菌株。结果表明,与单独生长的菌株相比,用头孢曲松生长的菌株中LasI和LasR基因表现出高水平的基因表达,但LasI基因的表达水平高于LasR基因,还进行了回归分析以揭示Las I对Las R基因的影响,其显示出正效应,这意味着Las I基因的基因表达水平的任何增加都将与Las R的基因增加相结合(R=0.899和P=0.001)。
