In a world where an intelligent virtual assistant can generate a fully personalized cover letter within seconds, it has become crucial for companies to explore ways to enhance the technological support of their recruitment and selection processes in order to remain competitive. One example of such efforts is the incorporation of asynchronous video interviews (AVIs) into the selection process, which has recently been augmented with artificial intelligence. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how this digital technology can be integrated into the hiring process.
