摘要

本研究初步探讨了杨树注射防腐剂的抗腐性及其防治白腐菌的侵染机制。用不同浓度(0.0、0.5、1.0和1.5 wt.%)的碱性季铜(ACQ)注射活杨树。利用扫描电镜研究了杨木注射防腐剂对不同树高的白腐菌感染的防治效果。抗腐性试验结果表明,不同树高注入防腐剂的杨树抗腐性有显著差异。随着树高的增加,抗腐性降低,ACQ浓度越高,抗腐性越好。白腐菌以血管为突破口侵染杨木,通过凹穴向其他细胞扩散。白腐真菌通过分泌酶降解木材细胞壁,优先降解薄壁细胞。
