This curriculum guides principals and teachers to develop their learning management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the teacher's role in learning management in the talent-based curriculum that has been implemented in the school. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Data collection tools in this study are interviews and observation. The results of the study concluded that the teacher's role in talent-based curriculum management: a) learning planning, which is seen in the preparation of talented lesson plans and syllabus b) implementation of learning as a learning facilitator to control students so they do not make uniform work, and c) assessment of learning outcomes carried out namely the assessment of the competency-based testing system approach. 摘要

以人才为基础的课程是由SMA INS Kayutanam开发的一门针对学校的课程。本课程指导校长和教师发展学习管理。本研究的目的是分析在学校实施的人才课程中,教师在学习管理中的角色。使用的方法是一个定性的方法与案例研究方法。本研究的数据收集工具为访谈和观察。研究结果得出教师在人才课程管理中的作用:a)学习计划,即在制定人才课程计划和教学大纲中看到;b)作为学习促进者实施学习,以控制学生使他们不做统一的工作;c)评估学习成果,即评估基于能力的测试系统方法。该研究的影响将由SMA INS Kayutanam通过在学校特定课程的开发中进行专业教师发展来进行。
