摘要

本文提出使用先进的镜像辅助多视图数字图像相关(MV–DIC)技术测量圆柱形棒材样品颈缩区域的真实应力-应变曲线。反射镜辅助的MV–DIC可以测量圆柱形条形样品的全景形状和变形场,只需一个双摄像头立体DIC系统和两个平面反射镜。测量的全景形状能够通过使用圆柱形或环面拟合准确确定颈缩区域的横截面积和曲率半径。颈缩区域的检索横截面积和曲率半径进一步使得能够测量真实应力-应变曲线,甚至能够对真实应力进行Bridgman校正。

期刊介绍: Strain is an international journal that contains contributions from leading-edge research on the measurement of the mechanical behaviour of structures and systems. Strain only accepts contributions with sufficient novelty in the design, implementation, and/or validation of experimental methodologies to characterize materials, structures, and systems; i.e. contributions that are limited to the application of established methodologies are outside of the scope of the journal. The journal includes papers from all engineering disciplines that deal with material behaviour and degradation under load, structural design and measurement techniques. Although the thrust of the journal is experimental, numerical simulations and validation are included in the coverage.
