摘要

云南省是生物多样性丰富的热点地区之一,木质素淡水真菌资源丰富。从1986年至今,云南省共发现木质素淡水真菌281种。它们主要分布在齿形菌纲和索达菌纲中,少数种分布在eurotiomycates和leotiomycates中,很少在orbiliomycates和pezizizomycates中报道。木质淡水真菌能够分解木质纤维素基质并释放能量和营养物质,在淡水环境中发挥着重要作用。本文简要介绍了云南木质素淡水真菌的生物多样性和分类现状、木质素淡水真菌的生态功能、群落分布的影响因素、应用现状和研究难点。
