摘要

大学已经实施了许多信息系统,这些系统可以方便用户的工作,但需要考虑解决所面临的问题。Brawijaya大学的薪酬信息系统经常得到改进,无论是从应用程序的用户方面还是从应用系统本身。本研究的目的是利用DeLone &McLean 2003的理论,找出影响薪酬信息系统净效益的因素(研究于工程大学Brawijaya Malang)。本研究采用偏最小二乘(PLS)进行假设检验。研究结果表明,影响薪酬信息系统净效益的因素有七个,即:系统质量对用户满意度、信息质量对使用、信息质量对用户满意度、服务质量对用户满意度、服务质量对用户满意度、用户满意度对使用、用户满意度对净效益。薪酬信息系统的质量不太好,因此使用率仍然很低,薪酬信息系统的使用率仍然很低,因此净效益仍然很低。
