The objective was to reflect on the conditions and assumptions that underlie this training and the vision of teachers and managers, considering the training practices that are developed. The research was made in a public school, located in a county in the Western region of Santa Catarina. Methodologically, a qualitative approach was made, including bibliographic analysis and application of questionnaires for teachers and managers.
