摘要

本研究的目的是为了克服数控船用冷弯机在使用过程中存在的问题和困难,特别是对数控船用冷轧机的日常维护和故障排除。根据数控船用冷弯机的工作原理,建立了远程监控系统。该系统由Client/Server和Browser/Server混合结构组成,包括数据采集模块、数据传输模块、数据网络共享模块、远程在线故障检测模块等。测试结果表明,该系统可以远程采集和分析设备的运行情况,然后对数据进行分析,实现远程在线检测。此外,专家可以远程评估性能数据和测试结果,并通过数据网络分发平台向现场反馈。测试结果还表明,所提出的远程监控系统在有效提高数控船用冷弯机效率方面具有很好的应用前景。
