摘要

印度尼西亚的一些金融商业交易行为造成了消费者的经济损失。尽管印尼对金融服务消费者的保护有很好的规范,但在纠纷解决的实践中,消费者往往得不到公平的解决,因此他们的权利不能得到很好的实现。本研究采用规范的法律研究方法对问题进行研究,采用定性和比较法对数据进行分析,并采用演绎法得出结论。从分析的数据中可以得出结论,由于执法薄弱,OJK没有积极主动地保护金融服务消费者以及印度尼西亚社会的法律文化问题等原因,印度尼西亚金融服务业务监管领域的消费者保护有效性不高。
