摘要

提出了一种基于三块菲涅耳带板干涉仪的硬X射线相衬成像装置。该装置结合了对初始辐射的相干性的低要求(干涉仪在振幅分割模式下工作)与图像的光学放大。考虑到有限的源-干涉仪距离、x射线源的尺寸和光谱宽度,对成像过程进行了数值模拟。计算表明,所提出的装置可以用作实验室硬x射线源的相衬显微镜。
