摘要

本研究旨在检验团队集体主义对团队公民行为和团队任务绩效的影响,并探讨同伴程序公正是否在团队集体主义与团队公民行为和团队任务绩效的关系中起中介作用。研究设计基于对位于土耳其伊斯坦布尔、伊兹密尔、科恰埃利和梅尔辛省的93个生产和服务团队的560名员工的调查数据。采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)对模型中的假设进行检验。由于理论层面是团队,所以本研究涉及的所有结构都是在团队层面概念化的。结果表明,团队集体主义与同伴程序公正、团队公民行为、团队任务绩效呈正相关。此外,同伴程序公正在团队集体主义与团队公民行为和团队任务绩效的关系中起部分中介作用。
