Failure to maintain a safe distance from the preceding vehicle as required and improper driving operation accounted for approximately 2/3 of the simple procedure handling accidents. 摘要

基于中国湖南省高速公路2012-2018年的事故统计数据,本文分析了各种因素导致事故的比例以及随时间的变化趋势。从2012年到2018年,一般程序处理事故(即重大事故)总数先增后降,而每千公里事故和死亡人数逐年下降。简易程序处理事故(即轻微事故)总数逐年增加,但每千公里事故数保持相对稳定。超速行驶、疲劳驾驶、驾驶操作不当、未能与前车保持安全距离以及行人进入高速公路是一般程序处理事故的主要原因。未按要求与前车保持安全距离以及驾驶操作不当约占简单程序处理事故的2/3。针对这些因素造成的交通事故,探讨了如何运用执法、教育、科技、设施建设等手段,进一步减少高速公路交通事故的发生。
