摘要

绿色技术创新满足了创新发展和绿色发展视角的双重期望。在规范的需求拉动和政策推动理论下,通过上游政策推动和下游需求拉动可以形成绿色技术创新的长效机制。本文以中国碳排放权交易试点为准自然实验,考察了政策推动和需求拉动对可再生能源专利创新的影响。数据为2000 - 2020年的市级可再生能源专利。基于三差中差方法的实证结果表明,政策推动因素和需求拉动因素对创新均有正向影响。本文进一步探讨了新发展视角下绿色技术创新的实践意义和理论意义。
