While Cocaine’s effects on the heart and the cerebrovascular system are well documented and studied, cases of peripheral arterial occlusion from Cocaine use are uncommon in the literature. Case: A case of a forty six year old man with cocaine induced common iliac artery thrombosis which was successfully treated by stenting is presented. Discussion: Cocaine induced peripheral arterial disease is discussed along with possible mechanisms.
