摘要目的:本研究旨在探讨个人创新能力、工作投入、知识分享对员工绩效的影响。设计/方法/方法:以PT. Birowo Jaya的65名员工为调查对象的问卷为本调查提供了主要数据。目的抽样是本次调查采用的抽样方法。通过路径分析,验证了本文的研究。研究发现:研究结果表明:(1)知识共享正向影响员工绩效;(2)个体创新能力正向影响员工绩效;(3)工作投入正向影响员工绩效;(4)知识共享、个人创新能力和工作投入同时对员工绩效产生正向影响。论文类型:研究论文
