The proposed approach integrates Project Management Information System (PMIS) with an optimization system designed using a random forest model and Natural Language Programming (NLP). The integrated system optimizes resource and task allocation, reducing operational costs by 14% and planning phases by 88.7%. Project completion time increased by 50.80%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the integrated system. The purpose of this study is to find a solution for PMIS to be used as an automatic data-driven Resource and Task Allocation Optimization System.
