摘要

生态保护红线对城市可持续发展的影响因地而异,具有不同的生态功能和人类活动干扰。然而,最近的研究缺乏对城市附近生态保护红线区域的生态功能和人类活动干扰的评估。本文提出了一种由两个评价标准体系组成的评价方法:基于保护水资源和土壤、保持生物多样性的生态功能评价标准体系和基于人类活动影响指数、人口和路网密度的人类活动干扰评价标准体系,以及旅游活动和生活污水排放的强度。该评价方法在中国若尔盖县得到了验证,利用遥感数据对城市环境生态红线区域的生态功能和人类活动干扰进行了评价。该评价方法是城市可持续发展规划的初步研究之一,其结果可为制定城市可持续发展战略提供依据。
