It is shown that mechanical alloying is accompanied by a decrease in the lattice parameters of MeC carbides formed and by a decrease of the total number of atoms in their crystal structure, i.e. by an increase of structural vacancies in the materials obtained. 摘要

在高能行星球磨机氩气气氛下,以单质金属和碳纳米管(CNTs)为原料,采用机械合金化的方法,合成了纳米(30nm)的nacl型TiC、ZrC、HfC、VC、NbC和TaC单碳化物。用x射线衍射法对所得粉末进行了检测。结果表明,机械合金化伴随着MeC碳化物晶格参数的降低和晶体结构中原子总数的减少,即材料中结构空位的增加。从整体上看,所得的单碳化物在球磨机中形成简单,排列顺序为:HfC -> ZrC -> TiC -> TaC -> NbC -> VC。
