It was a qualitative study, applied to a convenience sample of eleven students, oriented to understand and deepen the phenomenon taking the participant perspectives in their context; with a socio-critical approach since it was based on the self-reflective character and considered that knowledge is built by interests that arise from the needs of the groups. It enrolled in Action Research because it was possible to solve everyday problems by improving specific practices.
