Rats in the acute exercise groups were treated by swimming on the pail containing water. Blood samples were collected from the orbital sinus to determine hematological parameters. Liver tissue samples for the analysis of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GPx)  markers. Data analysis was performed statistically using One Way ANOVA. The combination of GME and VPE was shown to be effective in reducing oxidative stress and increasing MDA and GPx enzyme activity. 摘要

本研究的目的是观察补充山竹藤黄提取物(GME)和短毛缩血管提取物(VPE)如何影响剧烈运动大鼠的运动表现和氧化应激。研究中使用了25只雄性大鼠。将大鼠分为正常组、应激氧化对照组、GME:VPE(50:50)组、GME:VPE(75:25)组、GME:VPE(25:75)组。采用文献中单一提取物的抗氧化活性进行各提取物间的百分比比较。慢性运动以每天10米的速度游泳,持续两周。急性运动组大鼠在装有水的桶上游泳。眼眶窦采血测定血液学参数。肝组织样本用于分析丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GPx)标记物。数据分析采用单因素方差分析。结果表明,GME和VPE复合处理能有效降低氧化应激,提高MDA和GPx酶活性。两种提取物的施用也显示血液学特征的变化。
