PRICING OPTIONS UNDER STOCHASTIC INTEREST RATE AND THE FRASCA–FARINA PROCESS: A SIMPLE, EXPLICIT FORMULA
Assuming a stochastic interest rate, we introduce a simple formula for pricing European options.
