They were tested for evaporation and irritation of the epidermis with patches. The cup plate method was used to examine the antibacterial-antifungal activity of formulations against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Aspergillus niger. Results showed that the inhibition zones produced by all formulations were greater than those produced by the control. Antimicrobial characteristics can be found in polyherbal gels.
