But when large system is considered, the overall limit of slack bus is not sufficient to compensate the imbalances. In addition to this, the practical depiction of slack bus does not hold when multiple time intervals are considered in HTS problem. In this research, the concept of slack bus is modified and improved so that it can be used for a large power system in restructured hydrothermal system.
