摘要

研究了铁焦在富氢高炉气氛中的应用对炉料软化熔融性能的影响。结果表明,随着氢气含量的增加,混合料的粘结区变窄,装药渗透性提高,适宜的氢气含量为10vol.-%。铁焦的应用可以促进铁矿石还原和铁的渗碳,使熔化温度降低1–10°C,使滴落温度降低5–16°C,缩小粘结区,提高透气性,S值降低3.19–13.87 千帕 °C,降低焦炭的溶解损失,保证焦炭的骨架功能。确定了合适的炉料结构,即球团与烧结矿的比例为4:6,铁焦与焦炭的比例为2:8。
