Intense bands corresponding to O–H bonds, C=C bond, C–H, CO, CH3 and CH2 confirm the presence of these bioactive compounds. For both the DPPH and CUPRAC methods, Aloe vera extract reveals a strong antioxidant activity, which gradually decreases during the oral and gastric phase and then increases after the intestinal digestion. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在研究消化对芦荟总多酚含量、总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性的影响。总多酚含量和类黄酮分光光度法:采用DPPH、ABTS和CUPRAC三种方法评价其抗氧化活性。为了证实得到的结果,我们进行了ATR-FTIR分析。芦荟提取物中总酚含量为1.3638 mg EQ/100 g,总黄酮含量为0.690 mg EQ/100 g。在胃肠道消化作用下,总多酚和总黄酮含量降低。ATR-FTIR光谱分析表明,芦荟含有丰富的酚类化合物和黄酮类化合物。对应于O-H键、C=C键、C - h、CO、CH3和CH2的强谱带证实了这些生物活性化合物的存在。对于DPPH和CUPRAC两种方法,芦荟提取物都显示出较强的抗氧化活性,在口服和胃期逐渐降低,在肠消化后增加。ABTS法抗氧化活性在口服期降低,在胃期升高,在肠期再次降低。
