The diagnosis was classified according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 22.0.\nResults: A total of 4807 patients were registered for this study. Male patients outnumbered females. The maximum number of patients was 20 to 29 years old. Eczema was the commonest disease, followed by acne. 摘要

目的:了解某三级医院皮肤科门诊(OPD)患者五种最常见皮肤病的发病频率。材料和方法:本横断面研究于2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日在KP白沙瓦Hayatabad医疗综合体(HMC)皮肤科进行。采用非概率连续抽样技术。获得了医院伦理委员会的伦理批准。不论性别或年龄,患者均被纳入本研究。根据国际疾病分类(ICD-10)对诊断进行分类。采用SPSS 22.0进行统计分析。结果:共登记入组4807例患者。男性病人多于女性。患者以20 ~ 29岁最多。湿疹是最常见的疾病,其次是痤疮。318例在门诊部诊断不明确的患者入院进行诊断或进一步检查。结论:三级医院的门诊部可以提供各种皮肤病患病率的第一手资料。关键词:门诊,皮肤病,三级医院
