摘要

摘要服装行业组织的员工流动问题是影响其整体业务成功的重要因素。工人的不断变动导致工作产出的质量出现波动。本文初步考察了员工对业务流程运作的满意度水平对内部或外部离职意向发生的影响。应用层次分析法(AHP)和TOPSIS方法确定企业社会责任(CSR)维度融入服装行业组织业务流程以降低外部离职率的潜力。通过所进行的研究,得出了所提出的企业社会责任维度整合措施在不同规模服装行业组织中潜在成功的结论,以及对服装行业工程经理的实际意义。
