We describe 2 consecutive cases of spontaneous obliteration of high flow cervical vertebral arteriovenous fistulas following angiography. Our cases pose an interesting natural history course, and we review the role of angiography in the unusual phenomenon of spontaneous obliteration of vascular malformations.
