Analysis parameters were consisted of the identification of bioactive and antimicrobial components against Eschericia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The results were showed that the crude extract of obtained biaoctive components, respectively, flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, and saponins. The results of the analysis of the crude extract of E. spinosum against Eschericia coli and Bacillus subtilis showed that the extract was able to inhibit the growth of both types of bacteria. 摘要

多刺欧几里得是一种红色海藻,由于存在活性皂苷和黄酮类化合物,因此具有抗菌化合物的潜力。本研究以甲醇为溶剂,采用浸渍法提取刺突E.spinosum,以测定刺突E.spiosum粗提取物的生物活性和抗菌成分。分析参数包括对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的生物活性和抗菌成分的鉴定。结果表明,所得到的粗提物分别为黄酮类、生物碱类、甾体类和皂苷类。对E.spinosum粗提取物对抗Eschericia coli和枯草芽孢杆菌的分析结果表明,该提取物能够抑制这两种细菌的生长。棘皮E.spinosum提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用被归类为中等至强烈,因为它的抑制区为9.00-14.00mm,而大肠杆菌属于中等类别的抑制区6.7-8.83mm
