After 28-days curing half of the cylinders are exposed to fire in purpose made oven. Remaining 50% aggregates are used as control specimen to compare the results. After rebound hammer testing, all the cylinders are tested for compressive strength using universal testing machine. 摘要

摘要混凝土的质量主要是通过强度的评定来衡量的。混凝土试件的破坏试验就是为了达到这个目的。一种替代方法是无损检测。本研究工作介绍了用旧混凝土作为粗骨料部分替代天然粗骨料,并在1000℃下暴露6小时的混凝土圆柱体的无损检测。本工程采用回弹锤对混凝土强度进行评定。采用1:2:4的配合比和0.54的水灰比浇筑240个混凝土圆柱。28天后,一半钢瓶在特制的烤炉中暴露于火中。剩余的50%骨料作为对照标本,比较结果。回弹锤试验后,用万能试验机对所有钢瓶进行抗压强度试验。结果对比表明,回弹锤技术无损检测的可靠性和有效性,无损检测结果与UTM结果的差异最大可达4.7%。
