Material: the research was carried out in pre-school educational institutions of various types in the city of Dnepr (Ukraine) (№ 282, combined type, № 192, sanatorium type, № 28, compensatory type, № 244 and № 404, general development). One hundred and eighty-five children took part in the research, 103 of them were 3-year-olds and 82 - preschoolers of 4-year-old age. Control and experimental groups were formed in each age group in kindergartens of a certain type. The control group consisted of 91 children, the experimental group - 94. In the study we used measurements of anthropometry, pulsometry, spirometry, functional tests. The obtained results were processed by independent t-test to evaluate differences between groups. Results: the functional conditions of the children’s study of the experimental groups (boys and girls) have positive changes in the spirometry indices, respiration rates, pulsometry, Ruffier index with a significant difference with the control groups (p<0,05). In addition, in the course of our research, the parameters of the motor activity of children 3-4 years were determined on the base of pacing, while carrying out various organizational forms of physical education. These indicators can be oriented towards the development of a rational motor regimen for younger preschool children. 摘要

目的:制定合理的体育活动制度,并确定其对就读于各种类型学前教育机构的3-4岁儿童身体状况的影响。材料:这项研究是在第聂伯市(乌克兰)的各种类型的学前教育机构中进行的(№ 282、组合型,№ 192,疗养院式,№ 28、代偿型,№ 244和№ 404,一般发展)。185名儿童参与了这项研究,其中103名是3岁的儿童,82名是4岁的学龄前儿童。对照组和实验组在某一类型幼儿园的每个年龄组中形成。对照组包括91名儿童,实验组为94名。在这项研究中,我们使用了人体测量、脉搏测量、肺活量测量和功能测试。通过独立t检验对获得的结果进行处理,以评估各组之间的差异。结果:实验组(男孩和女孩)的儿童学习功能状况在肺活量测定指数、呼吸频率、脉搏计、Ruffer指数方面均呈阳性变化,与对照组有显著性差异(p<0.05)。此外,在我们的研究过程中,在进行各种组织形式的体育教育的同时,在起搏的基础上确定了3-4岁儿童的运动活动参数。这些指标可以用于为年幼的学龄前儿童制定合理的运动方案。结论:所提出的运动活动机制和形式可用于组织不同类型学前教育机构的儿童体育教育,以提高形态功能指标和体育活动。
