摘要

工业界的员工流动率急剧上升,尤其是在中型公司。这种离职率与员工的心理福利密切相关。本研究旨在分析真实的领导变量和透明的组织沟通对中型公司员工信任中介的员工福利的影响。本研究中的样本共有150名员工,他们在印度尼西亚巴淡市的中型公司工作。借助SmartPLS 3.0版本的数据分析表明,该研究模型中测试的所有变量都具有显著的直接和间接影响。为了最佳地改善员工的心理健康,真实的领导变量和透明的组织沟通必须通过员工信任作为中介变量。这项研究的结果可供巴淡岛中型企业集团公司的经理在设计与员工福利相关的事项时参考。
