摘要

电网信息化建设日益普及,业务应用系统不断涌现,电力相关数据快速扩展。这些离散的电力数据分散在各种应用系统中,直接提供高级企业应用程序并不容易。建立智能电力统计模型是电网信息化建设的迫切需要。本文提出了一种基于智能传感器数据的电能计量系统模型,并介绍了现有的数字计量系统。该模型是基于数字化计量系统的业务集成的集成和推进。首次应用新的计量设备,如具有集成计量功能的测控装置,以及新的计量技术,如IEC 61850电表读数应用。希望本文能为进一步的研究打下基础。
